Fiamme Restaurant & Bar, formerly Alessio’s, is owned by Elizabeth Beddow and Jerry White Jr. The restaurant features a quiet, yet elegant environment ideal for personal or business dining. Small rooms off the main dining area provide an intimate setting for parties, club meetings, and other small group gatherings. There is a full bar with fireplace and a lounge area set directly behind the dining area, and features the only Simcraft APEX SC830 racing simulator, developed for the professional racer with full pitch, roll, and yaw capabilities, in the Western United States.
